TJ joined the Goodyear Economic Development team in December 2023. His background includes experience in project management, real estate, security, and recruitment.

Driven by his passion for serving the community, TJ transitioned to the public sector, where he actively facilitates interdepartmental collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to ensure the highest level of customer service for those engaging with the city.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Grand Canyon University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and a real estate license with the State of Arizona.
